Board of Elections strives to be of service to every citizen by being fair, nondiscriminatory, and informed on all election laws and legislative changes that will affect their duties and responsibilities to the public. Oglethorpe County Board of Elections manages voter registration and conducts all elections held in the county.

ADVANCE VOTING BEGINS FOR GENERAL PRIMARY RUNOFF IN THE

BOARD OF ELECTIONS OFFICE ON JULY 20, 2020 FROM 8:00 A.M. TO

5:00 P.M. AND ENDS ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 7, 2020 AT 5:00 P.M.  

THERE IS NO SATURDAY VOTING.  BRING VALID PHOTO ID TO VOTE.

 

 

AUGUST 11, 2020 PRIMARY RUNOFF

POLLS ARE OPEN FROM 7:00 A.M. UNTIL 7:00 P.M. IN THE

BEAVERDAM, CRAWFORD AND LEXINGTON PRECINCT.  THE

MAGISTRATE JUDGE RACE BETWEEN MEGAN COILE AND

SAMANTHA MATHE IS THE ONLY RACE ON THE BALLOT.

BRING VALID PHOTO ID TO VOTE.

 

AN OFFICIAL ABSENTEE BALLOT DROP BOX IS LOCATED INSIDE THE

ELECTIONS OFFICE HALLWAY ENTRANCE AT 109 E. BOGGS STREET IN LEXINGTON, GEORGIA FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO DROP OFF THEIR MAILED ABSENTEE BALLOTS.  MUST BE IN DROP BOX BY 7:00 P.M ON ELECTION DAY, AUGUST 11, 2020 FOR BALLOT TO COUNT.
