Logic & Accuracy Testing Public Notice
Notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy testing and preparation of voting equipment to be used in the July 15, 2025 Democratic Special Election Runoff (Public Service Commissioner) for Oglethorpe County will begin as early as July 1, 2025 at 9:00 am. Testing will continue from day to day from 9AM-5PM until complete and members of the public representatives of the parties and bodies, and news media are entitled to be present during testing, but shall not interfere in any way with such testing. Said testing and preparation will be conducted at the Board of Elections and Registration Office located at
41 Fairground Road, Lexington, GA.

Early Voting for the July 15, 2025
Democratic Special Runoff
Public Service Commissioner
Advance Voting for the run-off primary election will be July 7 – July 11, 2025. Monday – Friday,
8:00am – 5:00pm. There will be no Saturday Voting for the runoff election. The run-off election is for the nomination of candidates for the Democratic Party. Only voters who cast a Democratic ballot in the June 17, 2025, primary election or who did not vote, will be eligible to vote in the run-off election to be held on July 15, 2025.
