Your concern or request will be documented, dated and forwarded to the appropriate person for processing. Processing includes evaluating the request, recommending action, completing the recommended work and closing out the request. For quality and accountability purposes, each step of the process includes documentation and signatures so that we can track what was done, when, and by whom the work was completed.

1. In person at the Board of Commissioner's Office at 105 Union Point Road, Lexington, GA 30648.

2. Over the phone by calling the BOC Office at (706) 743-5270
