A Poll Worker, one of the many mechanisms necessary for a successful election, is a citizen hired or volunteering to work the polls on Election Day abiding by rules and regulations set forth governing elections.

Your concern or request will be documented, dated and forwarded to the appropriate person for processing. Processing includes evaluating the request, recommending action, completing the recommended work and closing out the request. For quality and accountability purposes, each step of the process includes documentation and signatures so that we can track what was done, when, and by whom the work was completed.

There is three ways to file your road maintenance request:

In person at the Board of Commissioner's Office at 105 Union Point Road, Lexington, GA 30648.

If the condition you would like to report is on a state route, please contact the Georgia Department of Transportation
If the condition you would like to report is related to school bus traffic or routing, please contact the Oglethorpe County School System
