A Poll Worker, one of the many mechanisms necessary for a successful election, is a citizen hired or volunteering to work the polls on Election Day abiding by rules and regulations set forth governing elections.
The Magistrate Court Cannot Provide Legal Advice.
Acceptable Forms of Payment
Oglethorpe County Magistrate Court accepts payment in the form of cash, debit/credit card (Master Card or Visa), or checks (Personal Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check). Personal checks are ONLY accepted from residents of Oglethorpe County. Debit & Credit Card payments are ONLY accepted in person with a valid identification, for example valid driver license or passport.

Returned Check Policy
A fee of $30 will be charged on top of the total amount for the returned check. All future transactions with any Oglethorpe County Government entity must be paid in the form of Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Cash.
